A Journey Through Time and Imagination
Some experiences create connection faster than words do.
Our August adventure started with XR technology around Hwaseong Fortress, and the shared surprise made introductions feel effortless.
XR Bus: wonder as an equalizer
The transformed windows and immersive scenes turned history into a shared present tense.
For a few minutes, everyone reacted the same way:
- amazed,
- curious,
- playful.
That equal spark of wonder lowered social friction and made everyone feel part of one team.
Transition to hands-on creativity
After ice cream and a walk by the fortress walls, we moved to the "Drawing the Haenggung" cafe for drawing and painting.
Color became the common language. Participants sketched, experimented with media, and made personal keepsakes.
One bright moment was a spontaneous cat portrait session that made the room laugh and connect.
What we learned from the day
Technology can be a beginning, but creativity completes the experience.
The day moved from virtual spectacle to human expression—and that combination felt very fitting for our community: forward-looking without losing the warmth of togetherness.
