Easter 2025 became a celebration of new life in the broadest sense—food, relationships, and spiritual hope.

The morning began with a chocolate egg hunt, which instantly removed social formality.

Children and adults alike joined in with full enthusiasm. Laughter became the first shared language.

Potluck as cultural witness

The potluck lunch in the community center featured food from many countries.

People offered dishes that carried personal stories: fresh noodles, homemade focaccia, Korean mung bean jelly, salsa, chips, and more.

Faith and reflection

As we ate, conversation naturally moved toward hope, resurrection, and renewal.

In a beautiful circle of many backgrounds, everyone could find common ground around one shared truth: new beginnings are possible, even after hard seasons.
